Ordering
We state the minimum in the quote. Send us the room count and the size split, that is all we need.
We state the production and delivery date in the quote. It is final once the sample is approved.
We send a first response within 24 hours on business days. Price and delivery date are written in the quote.
Product
For custom production projects we produce a sample. Sample cost and lead time are written in the quote.
The warranty runs for two years and covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by use is excluded.
Yes. We produce bespoke dimensions alongside the standard sizes. Write the dimension in the "custom size" row of the quote request. Feasibility is confirmed in the quote.
We assess EN 597-1, EN 597-2 and BS 7177 on request.
We share the documents on request once a quote request is submitted.
Delivery
Domestic delivery, EXW, FCA, CIF and DAP are all available. We are close to the port, so we can plan truckload shipments. For importer customers we walk the customs procedure together.
Commercial
Payment terms are stated in writing in the quote.
Yes. You set the label, the cover, the size and the fabric. We make it.
For hotel mattresses the price changes with quantity, size and internal build. Fire retardance and packaging also affect it. That is why we prepare a quote for each request.
