Who is the data controller?
The data controller is Lydia Yatak ve Mobilya A.Ş. (Torbalı, İzmir).
Which data do we process?
On quote requests we process name, company, role, e-mail, phone, project information (property name, room count, address, country) and any files you upload. Technical data (IP address, browser) may be kept in server logs for audience measurement.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed only to evaluate your quote request, prepare a quotation, manage contractual processes and — on request — for marketing. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to or in execution of a contract.
Retention
Quote requests are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for statutory retention periods afterwards. Marketing records are retained until you withdraw consent.
Recipients
Data is shared with a CRM provider for quote management and with an e-mail delivery provider. Cross-border transfers take place on the provider's own infrastructure.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish KVKK you may request access, rectification or erasure, object to processing, and learn which third parties your data was shared with. Send your request with the contact details in our quote form.
